Small rooms and the property shows age. Only one small 4-person elevator that is also used by cleaning staff, so at times it took long time to wait for a car. Mattresses were well beyond their useful life. They sank and springs were hitting backs.

Great location, very friendly front desk staff, smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Laughably small. Couldn’t imagine staying there more than one night. However the actual inside of the room was high quality throughout. Great bathroom and shower and very comfortable bed with the cleanest bedding I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. I would try this hotel again but maybe spring for a larger room.

Salinder Singh at the reception is the reason I’m leaving this review. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely hospitable. When we mentioned that we were a couple, he kindly upgraded our room, which was such a lovely touch.
He also went out of his way to store our luggage for us, making things so much easier for us during our travels.
As for the hotel itself, Rove is a decent and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. It’s a little dated and certainly not luxurious, but it was perfectly comfortable for our stay.
What made the experience special was the hospitality that’s what I’ll remember most about our stay. Thank you, Salinder, for making us feel so welcome.
