We just didn’t appreciate having to book two rooms for 3 people. As a family we should be able to stay together. Also being charged at another Eurostars hotel 346.07 cdn (Montreal) when we were clearly staying in Lisbon. And not being refunded because we cancelled. Terrible.

Very decent hotel, no issues , relaxing atmosphere, bar was great , breakfast is decent and overall a very convenient stay at this at price point. There is no limit to what one wants, but if you’re a satisfied person who does not expect much .. this is a very good property, plumbing in shower was a problem on the first day and was corrected immidiately.. I think hotel is a good value for your money… not the best ideal neighbourhood in terms of where attractions are but uber and bolt are very reasonable to get anywhere and subway is walking distance…

Washroom need some renovation. It’s an apartment so basically you need do cleaning. They changed towels once for our 7 nights.
Closed to time out market and close to all stations.
For the price and location, I will do it again.
