Very accommodating. Held luggage until check in every time.

The Pros: This place was very clean and had a fabulous view to the ocean (we had a suite with two rooms). I wish the layout of the room was a little different to maximize relaxing and taking in the view (the front area is dedicated to a hot tub we did not use). They have a front desk and have convenient luggage storage if you arrive before check in. The location was in walking distance to the main strip and very close to the beach, so that was good. The Downsides: They do not clean the room daily (you choose the day(s) depending on total night stay). When they did come the day we asked for, it happened very late in the afternoon (unexpected since most hotels clean earlier) and we were already back from lunch (around 2pm) and were taking a rest so we told them to leave (and ultimately never got any cleaning service - but they did leave fresh towels). The other downside is that we were not aware that they have permanently closed the pool. The first picture for this hotel is of the pool, so that was actually a really big bummer for my kids. I think they officially closed it a couple months back. Lastly, it wasn't terrible by any means, but the beds are really small. I'd say they are US sized double beds. My two teenage sons refused to share, so one ended up sleeping on the couch. Overall, given the unnotified closure of the pool and missed cleaning, I'd still give it a solid 4 stars for the beautiful view that we got.

Amazing

The hotel (and the parking) would have been a little difficult to find, but the hosts were very responsive and made sure they came out to help us. They were very friendly and helpful and made all the difference in getting parking and getting into the unit, which requires a code to access. They even had early check in available and gave us a welcome cake! Keyless entry, which is great. The pool takes 2-3 hours to fill, so make sure to contact the host and get instructions on how to prep the pool so they can start to fill it for you while you're away. Having only one bathroom is the only downside of this unit that comfortably fit my family of 5, but the location can't be beat and we would definitely come back.

They charge for extra pillows and/or blankets for each night! Not each stay, but each night! That’s ridiculous, it’s not renting a bed, it’s for each extra pillow and/or blanket! Only one pillow per person given and we wanted to exchange the queen blanket for 2 single ones, they still had to charge for an extra blanket per night! $4000 won per night, NOT per stay. Plus all of a sudden, both front desk ladies don’t speak English at all, we needed to use Google translate as they text their supervisor but when other foreigners came to the desk, they can speak English again…wow! Bad customer service. Look into other hotels if you can, this one is not close to the subway and very noisy, dark, not clean. No airport bus or transfer available. Only uber or subway (too far to drag luggage).
