Great staff, especially Reception. Breakfast 7.7/10

Staff was kind but the room cleanliness and upkeep could be greatly upgraded.

The room was amazing. Amazing view in the Eiger corner view room. The breakfast was great. The chef at the egg station was so lovely. The spa was a nice touch with an addition of a massage.

The hotel sits high in the village with breathtaking views and feels like something from the past. The building is old but well maintained to be a lovely experience. We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. We were very happy with this hotel.

staff was lovely. rooms are clean, if not sumptuous.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.
