Staff is friendly and the room is clean. However, the master bedroom's 2 bottles cleaning liquids were only Shampoo and Hair Conditioner... we needed to call 2-time to finally get the bottle of Body & Hair Washing gel.

Well situated hotel within walking distance from the ski lifts. Staff were friendly and welcoming, rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained, and parking was seamless. 10/10 would recommend Aava Whistler Hotel to friends and family.

Room was large remodeled and clean. Would have liked some hooks in the bathroom for towels. That was strange. Loved lobby area with fireplace to relax and read.
