Excellent location. Close to great dining options and offered the convenience of laundry (game changer). Room was a great size, 2 floors- with a kitchenette and a balcony. Definitely book here for your trip.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

It’s not a four star hotel. It has small rooms and takes 5 minutes to fill out forms to check in. Walking distance to the tourist area. Super clean.

The hotel was well located, clean, well maintained. The room I had was spacious, the hotel is boutique so the lobby and the breakfast areas are compact. I would like more options on the Hot breakfast menu

Convenience, location, cleanliness, staff and comfort

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Staff were amazing!!! No details left unturned. Anything we needed they assisted with. Room was beautiful as well as the entire property. It is in the heart of the city by all the areas you want to be near or easy access to the public transit system.
