We did a little resort hop halfway through our trip, and wow — we are so glad this was our final stop! It ended our vacation on such a high note. The food was excellent (consistently good, which isn’t always the case at resorts), and the drinks were really well done. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We weren’t able to get a king bed, which was a bit of a bummer, but honestly it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The beach access was easy and convenient, and I really appreciated the size of the resort — not too big, not overwhelming, and it felt easy to navigate. We also met some great people during our stay, which made it even more memorable. Such a great way to wrap up our trip — we’d absolutely come back as well as recommend!

Very nice hotel, excellent experience, the food was good. The asian restaurant was the best with the best customer service. My only 2 complaints, staff was calling to my room at 8am for some reason, when you are on vacation i want to rest, not waking up early. And the most important thing for me was the lack of real Mexican Music in the hotel, No Mariachis and not showing the rich Mexican culture that i was expecting. Other than that i will recommend and i will come back soon to this hotel.

Beautiful all around. Great water and great beach. Resort credits are not dollar for dollar and can’t be used on many things, so just beware if you’re offered a ton of them, it’s not as good as it sounds. Plus you pay 16% tax on top of it on the cost (which we noticed were inflated prices, so just beware) Aside from that, it’s an amazing place. Food is great and service is spectacular everywhere. The crowd is older, so it’s much more relaxed and laid back. Not a place to get drunk and act wild, just a place to unwind, take time to enjoy the amazing turquoise aqua water and ditch the winter! The Thai restaurant is delicious and so is Aurora, which has Mexican favorites. Quality of everything is top notch. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is comfy and sheets soft! We didn’t want to leave!

Nice resort. Food is OK. The best restaurant is the steakhouse, which was really good. Our room was right next to a utility closet so a lot of random banging throughout random times. Room was really nice! Staff would bug us about going to the spa and coming back to book another trip. Other than that, the staff was phenomenal. Hard to get chairs by the pool. People go down early and put towels down. Kind of ruins the day. Room service was hit or miss. The pool area and beach were beautiful. Some outdated parts on the building that could be touched up. Wish there was fresh ice cream at night. Just random bland desserts.

La experiencia fue extraordinaria en todo sentido. La habitación linda, limpia, completa, llena de detalles. Lo mejor de Le Blanc es el serivcio. Desde el mayordomo hasta los beach concierges. Cada persona sabe lo que hace, se interesa por atenderte, pone especial atención en los detalles. Fue una vacación inolvidable. Hemos visitado muchos resorts a lo largo de los años, Le Blanc elevó la vivencia superando todo tipo de expectativas. El detalle de los mayordomos por piso, comprometidos en cada aspecto relevante coloca a Le Blanc en un lugar único. Visitamos el hotel en ocasión del cumpleaños de mi esposo y cada miembro hizo que fuera una celebración que no olvidaremos. Todo empezó de maravilla con nuestra prearrival concierge quien nos asistió en aspectos que ni esperábamos. Más que recomendable. Estamos muy agradecidos con cada persona que nos atendió en el piso. Fueron extraordianrios como mayordomos. En los restaurantes también fuimos atendidos con especial esmero e interés. A cada uno, gracias y gracias. El entretenimiento también es muy bueno, nada de ruido innesario. Cada espectáculo fue sobrio y la música de calidad. El área de las piscinas es elegante y a la vez cálida. Recomendamos ampliamente a Le Blanc como destino de una vacación sofisitcada y al mismo tiempo relajada.
