This was a great value for the money. The only issues here are slow, Internet service and uncomfortable sleeper sofa.

The AC did not work properly. One of the hot tubs was not hot. The front desk staff inconsistent and not always helpful. Housekeeping. Room refresh - beds made, towels not replaced when 4 people staying in the room. 3 requests on text if we needed anything - no request was responded to. The carpet in the hallways had the same chips and food for the three days we stayed there. Although the spa is rated a top spa, I would not rate it anywhere near a top spa - few amenities, shower hot water did not work, anesticians ok - not great. Ordered 2 enhancements, which supposidly came with a glass of champagne, not delivered. Upon check out over charged had to go back to straighten out the bill.

Clean room, super sweet staff, and loved the amenities! Only thing was that we could hear the guest in the room next to us very easily, which i seen others have an issue with but I feel like it’s less the walls and more the door that adjoins the rooms, but we only had other guest in the room next to ours for one night out of our 5 night trip, but some may not be as lucky! Other than that which we didn’t mind to much it was great!

Great service by Tran by the pools!!

Room was spectacular! Great space, very clean, private, fully furnished. Customer service was great except at check-in. We interacted w 2 people at check-in. 1 was good but didn’t give a lot of information. Concierge was pushy and rude. Due to weather, we were unable to utilize the pools but they looked gorgeous, as did the property. Based on overall experience, I would stay again.
