We have been visiting the Reunion and Golf Resort for over 10 years, this year we visited this past April and the last 11 days in May 2026. The staff at the Resort and the Waterpark within the Reunion was fantastic.

Fun stay, it just seemed far away from everything.

There was a large dead cockroach in the tub all three days and house keeping left it there:(

The pools, golf, and other amenities are what make this property. But just know that of the 2,500 rooms on property 98% of them are timeshares and they are going to beg and beg and beg you to do a “free property tour” and entice you with things like a “free 7 day vacation” or a “$200 gift card” to sit through a presentation where they beg and beg and beg you to join Holiday Inn Club Vacations timeshares. Very pushy and mean if you decline. Also our room was overall nice for what we needed but it smelled really musty or mildewy which was a bummer. The pool areas are great and my husband loved the 9 hole lighted night golf course. Not sure if we will be back though.

Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone.

Not sure why, the first unit I was assigned smelled really bad. Then I switched to another unit. The new unit when the AC turned on there’s a bad smell in the bedroom. The staffs were very polite and friendly. 1 parking spot for free. Had dishwasher and soap, laundry soap, paper towels tissues and whatever you need, except for spices and sauces. KTA grocery store is only 2 mins away. The resort restaurant didn’t have many options on the menu, and there was a bunch of flies flying around my food while eating. The cost is lower than other places tho.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was centrally located.
