Good place. Had the 2 bedroom villa was amazing

I honestly was really disappointed in this hotel. I only needed one night before transferring to my Disney hotel and read some great reviews about this one. It looked beautiful and had lots of pools, but the service was such a let down. It took 45 minutes for us to get our bags when we were told they would be “right up” and w head hot food on there too. When we called about it, the guy had an attitude and said it was a full -service hotel when we said we would have just brought them up ourselves.

I love this place! Being able to text any request or questions to a staff member 24/7 is huge!!! Every one We met from the front desk associates to security to house keeping. All extremely professional and friendly. Really felt like the best hotel I’ve ever booked. We will be staying again.

This hotel was a great place to be, we were 15 minutes from all the attractions and 2 minutes from sea world. staff was very friendly

I stay in hotels all over the world and not one can come close to the exceptional high standard of housekeeping we get at Cypress Point. The rooms are absolutely spotless and you feel guilty going into them after the housekeeping have been.😊😊

I had an amazing stay! Staff at the check in center were very hospitalable and knowledgeable. Parking was a bit difficult, but that is to be expected in a high traffic area like Orlando. Our room was massive and beautifully, very clean, bed super comfy. I cannot wait to book another stay!
