Kind staff and very clean ans easy access to the street

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Room was great. Great space for luggage, bathroom spacious and big shower space. Great loccitane amenities.

We had a great stay at the Royal hotel - the location was amazing fo first timers in Seoul - the airport taxi found it easily and it was steps away from the main hub of myendong - and there is a Starbucks and convenience store across the road. Check in was simple but the long lines for the lifts were a bit much. Our room was more spacious than it looked with a small seating area and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom amenities were excellent- the toilet was fabulous and the water pressure was perfect. There is a fridge in the room that we appreciated and used daily. We only had breakfast once and it was average at best for the price but the view while it was snowing was worth every penny ! (About £17 for a small buffet) The cleaning staff are wonderful and it was lovely to return back and have it so clean and tidy it was a highlight for us. I would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend to first time visitors to the area as it’s so accessible

The service at this hotel is exceptional — easily the best I’ve experienced. I had a migraine and asked about early check-in. They let me know the room would be ready by 2pm, and while I was waiting in the lobby, a staff member came to find me before 2pm to let me know I could check in, which I really appreciated. There is also a staff member in the lobby who greets guests and helped bring my luggage to the room while explaining the in-room services. I used the luggage storage service twice, and every staff member I encountered was consistently attentive and professional. Cleanliness was top notch. Everything in the room was well organized, including the information sheets. While the hotel itself isn’t particularly modern, it is very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in upkeep — even the public washrooms in the lobby were spotless. Overall, the level of care and service here really stands out.

This the the second time I’ve stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul and it will definitely not be the last. The hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and friendly. Its location is very convenient with access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas Myeongdong and Namdaemun. I shall definitely book a stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul again.

The only thing about this hotel is that sound proofing is not very good as there is night club at levels 2 and 3 at the hotel. The ear plugs provided didn’t help.
