The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

I booked this hotel 2 years in a row. This is very conveniently located with easy access to 3 subway lines. It is easy to find food whether tourist type for or even more local spots. Staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel also has laundry which is so great for multi night long visits. I will continue to book this hotel. The only challenge is that it faces the euljiro neighbourhood which for some may find noisy into the night. That said earplugs helped and it never bothered me.

Room was fine, could see that it was a little worn down. I could see the drywall lines on the walls. Floor had some water damage visible. Other than that accommodations were fine and service was great.

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out. Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. It was an overall great experience.

The hotel completely lived up to its reputation, the room was immaculate, the staff were warm and attentive, the location was unbeatable, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Excellent stay, clean, newer hotel, as advertised.

Less than 5 min Walking distance to myeongdong street and lotte dept store. Breakfast is so good and the rooms are so pretty.
