Building under renovation, more upgrades

The pool is small and we were shutout from most of the pool/bar area for a few days because of a convention in town but the hotel is clean and the staff are great. It's in an area with fantastic dining options and right next to Petco Park and the Convention Center. I would definitely go back again.

My stay at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel was Wonderful. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the property is very well maintained. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of some of the best attractions in Vancouver. Restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, food courts, and shopping options are all nearby. The rooms are cleaned daily, and each room features a modern toilet with electronic bidet functions for added comfort. If possible, request rooms ending in 14 or 15, as they offer beautiful views of Coal Harbour. One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water during your stay. Breakfast is not included, but the hotel restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat buffet with fruits, juices, coffee, fresh pastries, deli items, cereals, and waffles ($30 per adult, $15 for kids). There is also an à la carte menu if you prefer something different. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict (“Bennys”)—you can’t go wrong with them! The hotel offers valet parking only ($ 45 per night), but the service is very convenient. Getting your car is quick and easy, and even if you simply need something from your vehicle, the hotel staff will gladly retrieve it for you. The gym is nice and clean, and drinking water is available at all times, both in the gym and in the lobby. The outdoor pool area also includes a hot tub that works perfectly. This is the only part of the property that doesn’t quite match the rest of the hotel’s modern facilities.

Fan in bathroom wouldn’t turn off. Tv remote wouldn’t work and had to have tech come up and fix signal cord, thought we would have nice dinner in your restaurant not knowing it was closed on sundays which seems very strange for a hotel restaurant.

I’ve stayed at Aria a few times and this was the most disappointing. The A/C in our room was broken and it took multiple attempts to contact the AI concierge and guest services to get it fixed. Hotel staff was similarly frustrating, particularly at check in. I added my brother to my room reservation when I checked in so he could pick up a key upon arrival. When he arrived, he was told that he was not on any reservation and that I hadn’t yet checked in. The location and amenities remain solid, but there is some opportunity to improve the guest experience.

Clean room and great nepresso machine in the room and nice sheets and option for a free day pass to fitness world only 2 blocks from the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful.
