Small Islands of Venice Cheap Vacations

We stayed for 3 days with our family and booked a family suite, paying approximately $2,000 per night. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, especially for a five-star hotel like Hilton. When we arrived, there was no drinking water in the room and not even glasses available to drink from. The washroom door handle was also broken, and we had to contact maintenance twice before the issue was properly addressed. At a rate of $2,000 per night, I expected a much higher level of service, attention to detail, and room readiness. These are basic amenities and maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before guests arrived. For a five-star hotel and a brand like Hilton, this experience was far below what I expected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the guest experience.

Me gusta mucho este hotel porque el personal es muy cuidadoso sensible y muy amable. Siempre nos cuidan y están al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El edificio es bellísimo, los jardines hermosos. Todo, todo es perfecto en este hotel. Yo siempre me hospedo con ellos porque siempre hemos salido felices y deseosos de volver!

Great place to stay—much better than I expected. The staff was incredibly attentive and always willing to help. Although the breakfast was the same every morning, it was consistently fresh and delicious, so I really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay at Hotel Conterie again next year when I bring my family. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons, but what impressed me the most was how exceptionally clean everything was. The service was outstanding, and it made my 5-day stay in Venice truly unforgettable.
