Super noisy in the corridors and neighbouring bedrooms through the night. Poor facilities in hotel and hotel reception wasn’t staffed at some points with queues if people in the busy reception area with nobody present to answer queries. Room standard was good but would not stay here again.

Everything was lovely, from the breakfast to the staff. I love small hotels and they’ve done an excellent job at maintaining it. Everyone was friendly and the location was wonderful.

Here’s a polished version of your review: The rooms were okay, but the bathroom had a bad odor throughout our stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good. Most of the staff were okay, but unfortunately, the lady at the water park reception was rude and unhelpful. She would benefit from additional training on how to communicate with and treat guests professionally.

Usually the Expedia reviews are an incredibly reliable guide, but this time, they’re miles off the mark. The hotel is well located and is relatively clean, but the mattresses are abysmal and surely at least two decades old. Despite booking what was apparently the best “suite”, the mattress was literally so old and dilapidated that it was squashed flat. It was like sleeping in a hammock. The breakfast was also incredibly basic, with sugary supermarket bread and basically no fresh fruit or decent yoghurt. What’s more, there is NO soundproofing whatsoever between rooms, so at all hours of the night, you’ll wake to others’ toileting noises (!!), snoring and conversations at full volume. Had we not prepaid, we’d have checked out and gone elsewhere. There are lots of beautiful hotels in Tallinn and they’re all well-priced, so you should definitely look elsewhere.
