Clean modern great place to stay near great restaurants

Excellent. Very friendly staff. Lovely view. Would book again.

We booked a room for 3 person two adults and a child, at the reception the rude staff told me that the reservation included only breakfast for the 10 year old child but not an extra bed and charged us extra 1000 bhat a night for a mattress on the floor of the room for him. The place is full of mosquito also in the room but thailand is full of them so ok ... The light from the window of the shower comes into the room forcing you to wake up. Even though they have a smoking option in the reservation you are not allowed to smoke anywhere but the reception area. The good things are the cool swimming pool the location and the size of the room.

Gotta get the deluxe room which is renovated.

Nice place for short visit. Nice pool, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast was good, staff helpful. Nothing much nearby off the resort grounds however. . You are a bit landlocked. Long & not easy walk to one nearby 7/11. There is small shop on site with amenities & water etc & a Starbucks in lobby.....helpful. Shuttle to airport was nice.

Lebua is a mix of upscale and dilapidation Stayed in one of the newly-renovated suites on the 55th floor. Room was bright, spacious, and well-appointed. View from balcony was spectacular, but no view from within room. Room furnishings were fine, but more IKEA than plush. Butler service was excellent. Upgrade to new suites was worth it just to have the butler. Everything I needed was delivered quickly and above expectations. Elevators were infuriating. Old, dim and musty. Sometimes just changed directions while riding. Three different banks of elevators completely uncoordinated and unpredictable. Hotel has staff on the ground floor just to direct guests into elevators. Lounge was dismal. Entry is dark and unwelcoming, with deep, musty plush carpet. Lounge offerings were austere, with limited views and worn furniture. Hotel location is adequate, having decent eating and shopping nearby. ICON Siam is closed by taxi or tuk tuk and ferry. Overall I wouldn't book again in the future until the hotel is renovated to the standard of the 55th floor.

The staff were excellent but unfortunately I have 1 gripe which was brought up the first time I stayed there about a year and half ago which still have not been fixed - getting in and out of the bathtub to have your shower. It is hazardous for young people whatmore for old folks like me (76 years). I hope that the hotel would look into this by the time I next come. The location is also convenient. We can walk to CentralWorld and it is also close to Chitlom BTS station from where we can get to Siam area, MBK and Terminal 21 shopping Centres. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its exceptional employee and location. Breakfast was also adequate with quite a wide range of food.
