Great rooms and breakfast buffet

The hotel is just around the corner from the U.S. embassy and is very nicely kept. The staff was amazing and very nice to deal with. If for some reason you were to have any issues please be kind to the staff they're very good, hard working people and if possible tip them well!

It's been 46 years since I visited the Philippines! I enjoyed my stay at Quest Hotel. The staff are very friendly and they're always there for me whenever I need their assistance. I can't forget their beautiful smile that made me feel at home. I definitely recommend this hotel! They are the best for me! Thank you so much for giving such a good experience during my stay.

The hotel is very nice. The bed was comfortable, not too soft, but not too hard either. Room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. The only place for improvement could be the breakfast… On the second day the latte option was not available and the American style breakfast food was very limited. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Property was large with full kitchen and balcony with view of Manila bay. Security were friendly and helpful.

We had 2 rooms during our stay. One of our rooms had a broken bed. The staff did come in right away and take it out. The rooms were nice, but definitely didn’t look like the pictures. It was a good central location. It is attached to the Wyndham, so all the restaurants and amenities belong to the hotel. We were still able to eat breakfast there though. Air conditioning in the rooms were great and showers were hot. Bring your own soap and shampoo though.

The pool was closed at 8. Maintenance to the pool was 3rd party. Staff did not have phone or radio access to the person maintaining the pool.

Checking process was smooth. The rooms were very nice and clean, feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. Our room has a very nice view of the city. Desiree the property manager was great and very responsive to all our needs as well as the bell boy ( I forgot his name). The location is close to glorietta and greenbelt mall (about 8 min drive). They have airport transfer that is reasonably priced and have a good driver. The only negative comment I can make is that the way to the parking spot is very steep and tight especially if you are driving a big vehicle. Other than that I will give it an overall rate of 5/5. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the makati.
