South London Cheap Vacations

I usually don’t write reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so great that I felt I had to share it. London was the last stop of our European trip after visiting three other countries, and because of our schedule, we booked this hotel at the very last minute. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Selin at the front desk, and she was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we had two separate reservations, she went out of her way to email her manager, Sophie, to make sure everything was arranged smoothly and that we wouldn’t have to move rooms after our first reservation ended. The next morning, we met Sophie, and she was just as amazing. She personally took care of everything and made sure our stay was comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect! The staff are incredibly friendly, the bar and restaurant are great, and the cleaning team did a fantastic job keeping our room fresh every day. Having a washer and dishwasher in the suite was a huge bonus after traveling for almost a month! We also arrived during the European heat wave, and the hotel provided plenty of bottled water every day, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! 😊

My 4th stay here visiting from Canada and they never disappoint. From the newly efficient self check in to the human touch at the front desk this is always my go to when coming home. Thanks again and see you at Christmas.

The hotel location was excellent and all the staff were really helpful

Room was spacious, although the shower was a big let down. The breakfast is also very average, no coffee machines just push down conference containers and the general selection was no better than 3*. The staff were great overall an ok stay for one night, just missing some key basics to push the rating higher

A very beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of the London Eye!! Perfect location close to everything you want to do on your trip!! As well as amazing services the hotel offers and amazing restaurant and bar!! Will definitely stay here again, hands down amazing!!

Aircon was poor in the room very old unit 28 degrees in this heatwave Check in was slow at 3pm usual rush and only one member of staff despite there being a few around Only one lift out of 6 working I assume i was in the old part and I hope there are plans to renovate

The buffet style breakfast had great options. But the interiors were a bit aged. The location is perfect for local transportation and the Borough market. Bedding/towels were not always replaced.
