I love and recommend the RIU! The staff, service, rooms are sooo excelent. My boys of the rooftop John, Francisco, José and William made my solo trip so good and chill. The front desk guys so good and Jesus from the lobby bar so polite and frindly. If you are doing a solo trip, friend trip o any trip to Chicago please stay at this hotel! You are going to thank me later.
