A beautiful hotel and room in Frankfurt. A bed like sleeping on clouds and such a great location to explore the city. We will definitely return next time we are in Frankfurt.

Great hotel in a great location… Don’t miss their breakfast…

The main hotel was fine, however there’s two buildings to this hotel. We stayed in the building across the road. The room was okay, the carpet could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Could have done with two pillows each rather than one. What spoilt our stay was during 4 nights stay was we had no room service whatsoever. We were down to our last few sheets of toilet roll when leaving. Many will ask why didn’t I ask for extra, I am not prepared to go over the road and walk back with toilet roll or other things. We were on the main road where the 17 tram runs very regular, been on floor one was a little noisy, however for the convenience of public transport it was vey good and could live with the noise, in summer with the windows open, could be to noisy. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Markets, just wish room service would have been available, once again I should not have to ask for it.
