You can walk to the hostel from the airport in 10 or 15 minutes... shortest if you walk next to the Antarctic Center. The hostel has a very spacious common room/ kitchen with a vast patio and lots of varied seating and lounging opportunities.

Good location (10-15min walk to the city centre). Good sized room and spotless. Lovely bathroom and small kitchen with amenities. Best price in Christchurch within an Expedia sale too

Ideal location in the centre of Christchurch. Modern hotel. Nice room. Great view across city from upper floors. Parking rather expensive but paid options close by. Hotel offered a valet parking service at $40. If you arrive early in the days it’s worth it, but of arriving near 4pm then cheaper to use local car parks. Breakfast not included, costs extra $38 each. We found a nice cafe just over the road.

Location is great. Amenities are old. Kitchen is tiny. Good option for families if not cooking. Really liked the separate sleeping areas. I sleep downstairs and kids sleep upstairs.

We had an awesome stay! Room was very nice, great shower and view of the city. Love the old school pub downstairs
