Western United States Cheap Vacations

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was cleaned after our 1st night, but not cleaned after that. We had to ask for towels which was no issue but our do not disturb was not out and we were out of our room most of each day. This was my only real issue with hotel.

Let me start by saying this was my third trip to Vegas and BY FAR the worst experience at any hotel. First, we were scheduled to arrive 9/18...I called on the 15th and confirmed the room we chose AND PAID EXTRA FOR was available (king suite, City view, non smoking, District 3) and the lady on the phone said she would note the account that I needed a fridge in the room for my medication. I called again 9/18 before we arrived and confirmed the room was available and the fridge would be there. When we arrived, they said we were being given a 2 queen regular room in District 2, pool view, District 2 is VERY noisy since they have a DJ at the pool everyday which is why we chose the room in District 3! I complained and they only offered $50 food and beverage credit and said we could come back the next morning to see if the room we PAID FOR was available when others checked out. Then when we got up to the room THERE WAS NO FRIDGE. Went back down to the desk and they said they would bring it ASAP. It arrived 12 hours later! We never got the room we chose and no refund of the extra money spent to choose it. The next day we were playing the same slot machine for several hours...we were never offered drinks, this happened every day. Then there was an employee cleaning around the same slots we sat at the entire trip...my vape disappeared. I went to lost n found, they said the employee turned it in, I tipped him 20. Then I saw him do this to 2 other people while we sat there, SCAMMER!!!
