Stayed in the sea view room, the view is excellent. Although the interior of the room is a bit dated, generally is clean, with clean bed linens and towels, no smell. The shower leaks water into the floor, but the staff are quick to fix. There are transport available to nearby suburb Tsuen Wan, where there are huge shopping malls. Also free hotel shuttle to nearby MTR stations. In general is good value for the price, would stay here again.

Close to the beach and the ocean views. I didn’t like the thin cheap tissue and toilet paper and no bars of soap in the bathroom, only liquid soap.

Staff are ok brake fast need to be upgraded carpet room is too old no restaurant around the hotel

I like the surroundings easy access to anywhere special the transportation to or from the airports . The the hotel also provides shuttle service to the underground train. Don't like the bathroom n closets not bug enough, carpet is old , need renovations.

Hotel is convenient and clean. Our room has no hot water in the sink. Shower room door cannot completely be closed. No reply from the hotel staff anything can be done to fix the problem.

The staff manning the desk were friendly, were patient. The room was a bit small however I recognise HK is expensive r.e ping/ price per sq. Metre
