We had a great time staying on panda hotel. Will surely be back nextime.

The experience was good. I loved my stay at the hotel especially the sea side view it was mesmerizing however I did not like how the front staff talked to me was bit rude, being service providers, one should be polite and nice no matter wherever the guest is from. I feel I was discriminated being Indo-Fijian.

The room is clean, the staff are nice. Just that the place is now a bit old (especially when looking at its neon sign at the top of the building) comparing to other emerging hotels. Rooms are not well illuminated with patches of oil paints on the ceiling.

The room was cleaned every day while we were out, the service was amazing. The hotel was in the perfect location near the airport and Disneyland and was close enough to the MTR that one could take a bus or a taxi to it.

The pool was closed throughout our stay, and the breakfast area didn't have enough seating. The lobby was constantly full of people and cluttered with luggage. The hotel shuttle does not go to the airport.

What they charge for laundry is ridiculous. They're New York New York breakfast buffetwas disappointing. They kept bacon in a steamer to keep it warm. Soggy limp bacon is a tragedy. Everything else was excellent

I was very lucky with the hotel as they gave me a free room upgrade. room was spacious overlooking the river, 15min walk to shatin metro station. staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they don't provide plastic water bottles but rather installed water filter so you can have as much water as you want. Bring your toothbrush thou. Thanks for the great stay
