A short but comfortable stay. Staff were very professional and friendly can't be faulted. Some of the layout of the hotel is a little odd. (You have to use the lift to basement level to go via the spa to the pool area and the bar)

Pool area floor disgusting and never saw anyone clean it. Sweets stuck to the floor in the same place all week. Hairs everywhere. Feet filthy.
Room size great for family.
Evening meal food nice but breakfast chea and poor.
Room was very expensive a night and our view was the dustbins. Every night for 1.5 hours between 12 am dustbin truck and dustbin truck came to loudly remove the waste. Asked to move rooms but hotel full yet staff said they knew about it.
Entertainment on an eve the worst we have seen. Very poor.

"Room was filthy when we checked in, someone else shorts behind the bed and the bed seemed to be broken. Had to go back to the reception, they eventually moved us to a different room which was a bit more acceptable but overall very poor."
