It's a awesome place to stay

The hotel is beautiful with so many bars and restaurants nearby. About 4 -5 blocks from Millenium Park. The seating areas are so peaceful and the design is amazing. They let me store my bike box the day before my stay which was so convenient. Staff are friendly and professional.

The hotel and location are beautiful but there needs to be much clearer signage as to where the entrance of the hotel is and the main lobby. Extremely confusing to travellers.

My stay was remarkable! Staff was extremely friendly, room clean, in room dining food was delicious!

We loved staying here! The location was amazing, we really enjoyed the bountiful breakfast. Our room was very clean as well. We would stay here again next time we are in Chicago!

The place was serene,close proximity to Fulton market and had amazing views

We love where this is property is located and all the amenities. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there which was disappointing but the weather didn't really cooperate either. The staff is very accomodating and attentive.
