Very dated with no air conditioner or fan offered. Baked alive in noisy room

Staff and hotel very nice. Good breakfast but the area is a bit dark..

Overall pretty good stay at the hotel, though the shampoo/body wash offered seems a bit lack luster. Also having a menu for the breakfast would be helpful, as asking the greeter at the dinning area with "what options are available, what do you serve, and 2-3 other forums of the same question yielded little results.

Nice, pet-friendly, hotel. Convenient place to stay near to the motorway. We were travelling with our dog. Staff were very welcoming. There was a small charge, I think €20, for a pet-friendly room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but they can go in the bar, where you can get food and drinks. The hotel is next to a park where we could exercise our dog. Food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were very good.

The staff here are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are full of helpful advice about Hamburg. The room was huge and the bed super comfy
