The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. Shoutout to the front desk for being so helpful!! This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the elegant design to the top-notch service, it was a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Best experience they made us feel so welcomed

Hotel was beautiful, clean, great location. Check-in staff was not the friendliest or informative, just going through the motions. The Lobby offered holiday popup experience we found out about after the fact. Valet parking only available that runs expensive but not out of the norm for Seattle. Would stay again for the location alone.

Every detail of my stay at the Lotte was exceeding my expectations by a whole lot. Melissa was an absolute delight, she offered me a different room from the original one I had booked, that would accommodate my needs perfectly and I’m very grateful for that. She truly made my birthday trip so much better!! Arthur, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, the bartenders, servers, porters, security etc., everybody was very kind and helpful. It definitely felt like a five star experience, and I can only recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning. The convenience of the location is amazing. The rooms are all clean and the amenities, even though I didn’t use many of them, were hi baby
