Great staff Breakfast could have more vairety

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Great location on Zattere. Our room was on the ground floor overlooking Ognissanti canal and church, amazing. The room facilities were superb and always spotless. Communication from hotel front desk staff was brilliant even before we arrived, with really helpful recommendations for our stay, thank you Omar and colleagues. Breakfast buffet excellent and helpful friendly service at all times. We had a cocktail tasting in the bar on our final evening, very professional and passionate staff Fabiano and Marco, wonderful experience and icing on the cake for yet another truly awesome holiday in Venice. Many thanks to all involved in making our stay so memorable, we would definitely come back to this hotel.

For years now, when picking a hotel - I go with location rather than anything else. This one was a bit strange at first. I was in the single room and actually giggled when walked in. Definitely smaller than most rooms in most places I stayed, but hey - had everything for any traveler. I like to leave early and come back only to sleep. Didn’t have a chance to try breakfast options, as I prefer having it at local coffee bars. Would for sure stay there again. The only downside was the fact that I ended up memorizing the entrance code on my last day :))). Very clean. Room was spotless by the time I came back for sleep. Heating was great. Because it is a small place noise was not an issue at all. For a single traveler - was all I wanted! Thank you!
