Europe Cheap Vacations

The room was tired but acceptable, you have to remember the cost of the room to its location to Central London, which was brilliant. Just around the corner from Earls Court. The ensuite had, I believe, been recently refurbished and was more than acceptable. The housekeeping staff seemed to work throughout the day leaving trolleys, cleaning material, sheets and towels everywhere throughout the corridors, making the place look very untidy and unprofessional. The lift was very slow to arrive, if at all. I could live with the above but what really made the hotel somewhere I would not return to was... My room was opposite the lift and the noise from the lift, and the noise of people talking and moving around throughout the night, upto around 5am was awful, making it difficult to sleep. I'm guessing not all of these where guests. I must again highlight that the room was passable, the ensuite excellent, and the reception staff lovely, and the price paid acceptable. It's just a shame about the rest.

Friendly staff Great location for airport

Great hotel to stay in the London area. Shops are nearby and the train station to anywhere around the city is nearby. Staff is very friendly and nice.
