Exceptional in all aspects. The property is new and well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention to the pastries at four seasons Dalian are so delicious, must try and fall in love with it. We had a wonderful 3 nights stay. Highly recommended.

The staff and service were great during our stay. Our room was quite comfortable with a lovely view of the Xinghai bay bridge. There are some nice restaurants in the area, but due to the sheer size of Xinghai square you have to walk a bit to get anywhere. We wish we could have stayed for longer.

A very comfortable stay with attentive service (including robot delivery). The Galleria shopping centre is connected to the hotel via level 5 so theres no needs to go out into the cold to get into the shopping centre! Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. Easy access to the east port of Dalian. Would stay here again!

I arrived late new years eve and needed to eat. Since the buffet was the only option, my partner and I ate there. The food was extremely disappointing and not fresh looking at all. We barely eat a couple of plates. I was shocked to see a 856 yuan charge for this. I have eaten in many 5 star buffets all around the world and in China. This was by far the most disappointing. Also, I was unable to take a bath bc the tub would not plug up properly. I asked the staff to fix it but it was not fixed. Overall, the poor dining experience and the bathtub issue lead to a disappointing stay.
