Great airport option easily and cheaply accessed by local bus 423 from T5 or U3 from T2 & T3. Spacious room with fridge, kettle, chairs, soundproofing, very nice toiletries. Climbing in and out of the bath is not suitable for everyone, nor is having to remake the beds as the duvets were tucked in too tightly and the sheets were too small for the mattresses. Strange for an international airport hotel only to have UK Freeview TV channels...and I was disappointed that the bedside clock radio did not pick up any stations at all. Very tasty breakfast selection in nice surroundings.

Nice hotel for a long layover. Use the digital key to go straight to your room without a wait. Only wish the airport shuttle was free and more frequent. I’m a gold member and didn’t get my perks since I used the digital key though.

Very good buffet breakfast. The airport shuttle was on time and quick. Rooms were spotlessly clean although no mini fridge. I needed to leave my insulin at the front desk.

Great location for Canary Wharf. Small rooms but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.

quick check in with friendly reception staff, good location, near to Earls Court tube and shops. Nice fresh continental breakfast(weak coffee though) This is my 2nd stay, will stay again

This was my first stay at a Point A hotel, but won’t be my last! The location was convenient to Liverpool Street Station, which was a big plus. The room was relatively spacious and the shower the best I’d had in 3 weeks in England. It was nice having food and beverage options in the lobby where there was also umbrella rental. The one thing I didn’t love was the lighting in the room, which was so high tech that I couldn’t figure out how to have on only the reading light by the bed.
