The suite had everything I needed, and more, for my short visit to Langford and Victoria. It was clean, centrally located and when I had difficulty unlocking my door on a Sunday night, a kind man answered the after hours phone line immediately and quickly helped me gain access to the room. The only negative I can point is the traffic noise. It’s a busy street. I really enjoyed the balcony though and the stylish, well-appointed suite. I recommend SoLo Suites and will stay here again.

Every aspect of service from staff was wonderful but hallways and elevators definitely needs improvement. Some rooms have ridiculously small closets and weirdly set up washrooms that’s why I had to be moved.Problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Breakfast as well as afternoon tea were wonderful. Dinner not so much with overcooked salmon and not enough proper dining tables. You have to sit at the low lounge tables.
