Kennet & Avon Canal Trail Beach Vacations

We had a great stay at the Dorsett Hotel

The staff is very kind and welcoming. The facilities and room were clean. Access to the bus was excellent (several just a few steps away); for the tube, it's a 10 minute walk. Having a second room with a kitchenette made the stay more pleasant. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom has a barn door and it about a foot away from one of the twin beds. The light switch is outside the door which means that there is no way to avoid shining a light on everyone if you use the facilities at night. The laundromat was a great add but was extremely crowded. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods but was busy and chaotic. There are only 2 elevators for over 100 rooms which means long waits in the am between people going for breakfast &/or check-out.

Great location, nice room with good facilities including tv air con, kettle and bottled water. Stayed on top floor which wasnt easy to navigate with a case. As far as im aware I wasnt warned of this in advance. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Everything was great. Good location, clean property, spacious rooms for London, free drinking water for guests, complimentary wine bottle.

Awful service

Location was perfect. Staff were super welcoming.

Great room very clean breakfast was ok staff helpful

Tout était parfait mais attention lit king correspond plus à un lit queen. Sinon tout était parfait.

Fabulous flat. The only big problem was that it was five flights of stairs up and it doesn’t state that in the description. With two 20kg suitcases this was not fun!!

The location is amazing! Thi

Location is great. 24 hour reception is good. The basement hotel suite was a nightmare. Every person entering and leaving the property sounded like elephants. Rising damp and leaking windows added to the poor experience.
