1. We arrived around 3pm and the front person said they will let us know by call when room is ready but no response till 4:30. We went to front desk two times and got the key.
2. The luggage's arrived an hour later. We went down to receive them but wouldn`t let us saying they are already up.
3. I requested when checking out for a detailed receipt but he said it will be sent by email. But haven`t received anything! Pls send me right away!

Great hotel with excellent service, clean rooms, and a friendly, professional staff. The location was very convenient, and overall I had a pleasant stay.
A few areas could be improved: the valet parking fee of $95 per day is extremely high and feels excessive. Unfortunately, the spa was closed during my visit, and I would have preferred hardwood or another hard-surface flooring option instead of carpeting in the rooms.
Despite these drawbacks, my overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again.
