Wonderful location! The apartment was spacious and clean! Staff was very easy to work with. We used the included car which made things simpler than dealing with rental companies. We would stay again!

Clean spacious rooms, genuine ocean views, and a great location. Only minor issue was not having either a coffee plunger or pod machine.

Always know the bedding will be comfortable and standard of cleanliness acceptable. Just wish there were more kitchen facilities,played,dishes cookware...some complimentary foil and foodwrap would be useful.. Parking is always a bonus ...

The apartment was large and great value for money. The indoor pool & game room were heaps of fun and the spa was great. We had a great time with a 9 & 6 year old who were kept entertained the whole week. We would come back to this hotel

Rooms were very spacious, perfect breakfast, lovely staff. Pool facility was basic woth some tiles needing repair. The lifts location was very far from lobby.

Uncomfotrable bed, couldnt sleep

We really enjoyed our stay, kids swam in the inside and outside heated pools daily, we traveled in june and the outside unheated pool was a little too cold at this time. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and great for our busy family. The apartment had quite a few dings and scrapes on the walls but this dosnt bother us as it meant I didn't have to worry about the kids so much. We had the buffet breakfast one morning and the kids loved the pancakes, and the selection was great, but if I'm going to be honest we were there at 7am, opening and the bacon tasted like it had been cooked at 2 am, or maybe the day before, it wasn't the best. Overall we loved our stay, great location, spacious rooms good price, great pools.

A few missing things, no dish detergent, door and towel rails broken which we temped to fix, the tv was unwatchable due to delayed internet and pixelation and the smaller bedroom was clostriphobic and the showers were disappointing. The hot tub was a surprise and very enjoyable, location was excellent to the beach and restaurants, fabulous food. Michael's service was excellent when welcoming guests and he was very helpful.

The most helpful & friendly staff I have ever had at any accommodation. The view was amazing The room was spotless & the Bar & Restaurant staff & menu were exceptional
