私は英語も広東語も話せませんが、フロントスタッフも清掃スタッフもとても親切でした。 部屋は清潔です。 ただシャワーの水圧とドライヤーが弱い点は残念でした。

おしゃれなのは間違いないのですが、洗面所に石鹼やハンドソープがない、ごみ箱が洗面所にしかない、シャワーがレインシャワーのみ、テレビのNHKを含む複数チャンネルで音声だけが聞こえて映像が映らない、などストレスを感じることが数点ありました。

浴室があったため、ゆったりつかることができました。 海外ではなかなかないので、ありがたかったです。

This was my fifth time in Hong Kong in eight years, and I brought my parents because it's a pleasant winter. I had a little trouble finding the hotel. The downtown area is just a few minutes' walk away, so supermarkets and other shopping options are easily accessible. It's very quiet here, which is nice. On previous trips, I rarely stayed in hotels, but this time I spent most of my time at a hotel. Checking in was comfortable, relaxing on the sofa while enjoying a welcome drink. I was glad that I could use my credit card for the deposit. I was looking forward to the Salon Lanson perks, which were fantastic. The breakfast and dinner meals were delicious. I enjoyed the coffee and relaxed atmosphere. The fruit service was also great. I wasn't sure if the food in the fridge was free or charged for, so I hardly used it. The separate bedroom and living room and the mini-kitchen were big reasons I chose this hotel. The daily housekeeping was also excellent. I love the tram, so I used it a lot. The location, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, was very convenient. The only thing that was disappointing was the guests' manners. The laundry service was very convenient and I used it every day, but the T-shirts I had put out before dinner on my last day were gone. I'd love to stay here again. Thank you for the birthday cake surprise for my family.

客室やスタッフのサービスは完璧でした！特に部屋はとても綺麗で広くて最高でした！ ただ香港の中心地からは少し離れているので、その点だけしっかりと把握して泊まるのが良いと思います！

清潔で設備が整っており、おしゃれな部屋でした。友人にもおすすめしました。

宿泊費対比では致し方ないのかも知れませんが、 １）水道の蛇口（シャワー・洗面台）から温湯が出てくるのに時間が掛かり過ぎる ２）洗濯サービスがなく、近所のコインランドリーを勧められた ２）砂糖入りの粉末コーヒーはご勘弁願いたい ３）週末のベットメーキングを受けられなかった 等々、細かい点で改善の余地はあるかと思いました。
