The hotel is conveniently located, hotel is clean, breakfast is ok.

Nice staff. Good location at quiet end of Patong Beach but still close enough to the action. Facilities pretty good but showing signs of wear.

The room was clean, and the staff was wonderful.

The hotel is stunning and the staff are lovely, they did an excellent job with the new years eve dinner and party. The only issue we had was the number of mosquitoes in our room i had atleast 20 bites despite spraying my room and having the aircon on etc. Understand it is the season for it but it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

Like the Krabi Resort location and surprised it has a lower rating than the nearby Deevana Plaza from which I transferred for six nights after finishing an island hopping tour group holiday. Perhaps that is because the rooms will start to need refurbishment in the next few years and that it currently has a temporary building for dining while a new building is under

The territory of the hotel is large and lush. The service and the staff is great. I think it used to be a grand hotel but now it's ran down and require repairs. Villas needed renovation like 10 years ago. Constant plumbing issues and bad water smell. I'd only recommend staying in the residence - which is a newly built and fenced are of the hotel.

I visited with my family and we had an amazing stay at Chanalai Garden, the rooms were immaculate and the staff was very friendly and attentive, and really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable, nothing seemed too much or too bothersome, the quickest discomfort was attended to swiftly. We highly recommended

Bathroom is not good condition. Faucet is loose and not work properly. Staff are very nice and friendly. Good breakfast.
