Lake Mälaren Beach Vacations

The hotel is not even remotely 4 or 5 stars. We arrived at 7 pm on Monday, yet the front desk person had already left. This is early for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the only person who worked at the restaurant to check us in. She was semi-rude and had no idea what rooms we were getting. The shower in our room only worked on hot water. It was extremely hot and the mixer with the cold water did not work. This prevented us from taking a shower after a long flight, but there was no one in the hotel to help with the situation. When I complained at the front desk the next morning, hoping to at least get a shower in the morning, they still didn’t fix it. The front desk person again was semi-rude and just brushed me off. The room was clean, but worn out. Their breakfast was fresh, with many good options, this is why I am giving them 5 stars and not a 0. I am very disappointed with this misrepresentation of the hotel quality.
