Great location. Walking distance to Hiroshima JR Station (around 10 minutes) and key attractions. Staff members are very helpful and speak fluent English which is great help. We stayed on a high floor room with nice scenery facing the river. Room is clean, comfortable bedding and good shower. We also like the buffet breakfast. Not a big buffet but has a variety of good selections.

Excellent service, terrific view from our ocean-view room, good amenities, and the free shuttle to and from the train station was a great convenience

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was prrfect for our stay in tokyo, especially as it was within a 15 minute walk of the tokyo station.

Great location to transport, Hondori and Peace Park. The hotel itself was clean and staff was friendly. Very safe area. Would highly recommend.

The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

The staff couldn’t communicate in English, we asked them many times the same thing and always a different answer. Our room still had some things from the previous guests. Location was good.
