Our room was fantastic, the only reason staff didnt receive an excellent was for check-in. When we received our room key there was no help in where to go to find our room, what level or where the lifts were.
Great NZ coffee right next door, at beginning of mall.
Breakfast option was pretty good

A very busy and professional hotel. Had to print something and they were very happy to oblige. We stayed at the triple room. Very spacious, especially a rarity for Hong Kong and the facilities were great. I especially loved the breakfast spread available.
