Very friendly & accommodating staff. They allowed me to stayed 2 late. They are very nice!!!

The room was nice enough but a bit shabby and not overly clean. The communication from the management team was excellent and Mel was very accommodating. We didn’t really research the area and wish we had as it wasn’t the best, when you can rent rooms by the hour around the corner that gives you a pretty good indication! Overall experience was ok but I wouldn’t stay again.

This unplanned trip to the Philippines—my first in almost four decades—brought me to this hotel because of its proximity to Asian Hospital, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. I travel frequently and stay in many properties worldwide, yet the hospitality here stands out for its genuine care and consistency. From the moment I notified the hotel of my late arrival, the service was exceptional. I was met at the airport, assisted with luggage, guided through the check-in process, and welcomed at the Executive Lounge with sincere warmth after a 25-hour journey. Throughout my stay, every department—concierge, security, lounge, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and management—has demonstrated remarkable attentiveness. Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality I experienced throughout my stay.

It’s actually my daughter’s stay at Polaris when we did FaceTime call I can see how clean and neat her room is! Staff are very friendly! Most importantly shes was safe as this was her first trip to Manila for her job application abroad! Yeah overall 5star!

Ughhh weird place. I’m not even sure what the place is called or what is the actual address (it certainly wasn’t the two different addresses we found online, although close). Only reason we found it is because of the exterior picture on the map. Whoever rated it as “excellent” must own the joint. TV didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, no signage, weak air con, and no airport shuttle - despite what the booking info described. I’d be nicer and leave it that, but the staff seemed annoyed by me as well (except for the gentleman who showed us to our room).

Clean room, nice view, air conditioner running good. Attentive and friendly staff. I always stay here every time I visit Makati.
