The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. But we were told breakfast was included in our reservation and that is why we chose to eat it and when we left, we were hit with a large bill for breakfast and told that it was not included. It wasn’t worth the price of breakfast, we would not have had it if we had not been told it was included in our stay. Rooms did not have any fridges or coffee. We also recharged with extra city tax when we checked out.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel is great in general

The kitchen is small but has most things. Bear in mind the cups are not mugs but espresso cups, so if you want a mug of tea bring your own mugs! Also no toaster but the microwave is an oven too so you can use that. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good and they do room service.

The staff cleaning the rooms are not up to par , They remove towels but don’t replace , tissues and paper not replaced , box s of hotel amenities empty(repair kit, shoe polish cloth). Same bed shears , and they were stained and put to be seen , not replaced . A full day to get towels brought to the room. High quality hotel in a great location. Short walk from/to the main train station. Within walking distance to museums, shopping, and lots of great restaurants. Definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet to any stay.

staff was so friendly and the bars next door were absolutely amazing. Everyone all of around was amazing! Room was very clean and comfortable!
