Great pre-flight stay

Very clean room,great staff

The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is great, they allowed us to have a early check in. The only negative was that they were having a conference in the hotel and the lobby was very busy and loud. The guest at the hotel did not have a place to sit in the lobby. It was loud and we thought that there should be a space where people can meet between meetings and not be at the lobby. There were a lot of people, and it was disorganized. I did not try the hotel's food so I can't comment on that.

Coffee, tea, milk and cups in room not totally refreshed each day.

Liked the free airport shuttle but didn't appreciate the cost of the breakfast which was not included.

Beautiful courtyard, delicious breakfast, efficient and friendly staff

perfect place to stay in amsterdam if you want to be in the Jordaan area. Walk to central station, walk to museums like Van Gogh and the modern art museum. room was super comfrotable and didn't feel cramped at all. beautiful and interesting artwork everywhere, lovely courtyard for sitting, eating, drinking, perfect for families. Staff was very lovely and helpful when asked. cleanliness was top marks. We really enjoyed our family stay and would come again.

Stayed in the “B” for a week. Very cool to have such a big space and all of the top deck of the boat. There was fake aircon in the room so it got stuffy with the bed high up in the 3rd floor mezzanine at night and no windows can be opened. I would also note that it is a set of ladder steps up to the bed that is not suitable for older people or young children. There is also no couch or lounge chairs in the unit despite there being ample space so sitting on cushions on the floor was not great. There was a lot of quirky cool about staying here and the location was fantastic. I would stay here again but not in the “b”, I would look for a letter that had some lounge chairs and beds not needing a ladder to access.

Great stay! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was very helpful. The bar is great - they have really good food and drinks and even happy hour.

We enjoyed our stay and felt very safe . It is very close to train station and tram , so transportation was not a problem.
