A very nice, clean, modern hotel on the banks of the Nervion river, which made it easy to find after exploring. Very friendly, helpful staff and a comprehensive breakfast. The bar was a nice place to chill and read my book with a glass of wine and I felt very comfortable as a single person doing that.

Although we had to pay for the spa /gym it was a fantastic hydro pool /swimming area Unfortunately the hot breakfast was always cold or like warm all three days Staff were wonderful throughout the hotel

Clean and comfortable rooms but amenities such as pool we had to pay to a third party, this was a misrepresentation of the hotel pricing !

The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao.

Beautiful property with an amazing view over the port.

Desayuno es fantástico. Somos 2 adultos mayores que nos han tenido mucha paciencia y nos han ayudado hasta para estacionar el carro. Lo pasamos muy pero muy bien!
