Older moderate hotel in New Town, close to trams and easy walk to Wenceslas and Old Town Squares. Room was comfortable but dated and sparsely furnished. Bathroom was similar. Staff were exceptional, as was the breakfast buffet. Noise was mild as our room faced the front of the hotel on a busy street, but able to sleep without problems. This hotel checked all the “necessary” boxes for a convenient, moderately priced hotel close to transportation and many destinations. Furnishings could be updated (more hangers—-only 5!, an easy chair, TV not on the desk, updated mini-split, update the bathrooms) but functional and clean with great staff and breakfast buffet. Onsite “cafe/bar” seemed not to be functioning during our visit.

Location was great, easy access to old town, metro and trams. Staff very helpful. Hotel and room had character and was very quiet. Only minor dislike was shower was hard to use.

Staff were wonderful! The room was facing another close by building so no view. Carpet had seen better days and needed a deep cleaning! Breakfast was cold and tasteless. Coffee was not good. Location of the hotel was great but not easy to find parking. The rooftop terrace was wonderful!

Excellent location wonderful service and great food

The Emblem was in the prime location of Old Town Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean! Housekeeping lady was very sweet and attentive if we needed anything. Overall stay 10/10 my only gripe is the keys to get into room and gate can sometimes be a pain. Other than that, no complaints!

Great location for walking or taking the transit to activities. Clean rooms that were comfortable and a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff are lovely and helpful.

Brilliant hotel. Loved it.

There is a switch to turn on all the electricity in the room. To add to it the terrace view is of the back of the property and not really much of the city not worth paying extra. The room was clean though the AC worked ok could’ve been better. Overall decent experience
