Old style hotel. I was surprised to get a real brass metal key that is very heavy to carry instead of room card key. I haven't had a chance to eat breakfast since breakfast starts after 8 am on the weekend. Big space overall but didn't feel like it because room and washroom was small. Glass shower divider is not really helpful to block water to spraying out. Door was sticky so we had to call staff to help to open the door. There was construction going on in front of building now but it wasn't noisy at night.

The Hotel was an excellent quiet location. Close to castle and Old Town all within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing everyday with little change ups not to get old. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again and again. Can’t say enough about this wonderful stay!

Nice older hotel, with character. Like many older properties it is a bit noisy and you can be disturbed by other guests in nearby rooms. It was only an issue one night during my stay. Aircon not working during my stay so 2* deducted.

Good location, refurbished hotel, clean and with a great bar at the lobby. Strongly recommend.

Our stay was pleasant. Our suite was very clean. The bed pillows and sheets were very good, we slept wery well. The rooms are quiet. We never heard any noise from adjoining rooms or even the hallway. I didn't care for the wardrobe cabinet being outside the bedroom. Bathroom was spacious. Nice fluffy towels. The step into, or more accurately the "climb into" the tub/shower was very high. This was definitely a safety risk even after the hotel provided us with a rubber anti-slip mat for the tub upon our request. A safety grab bar by where one enters/exits the tub should really be considered. The room environment feels sterile and no warm feeling. It needs a better coffee table than just a tiny 2 glass table. The beakfast buffet was good and had a good assortment of pastries, omelette station, meats, fruits, and more. In house restaurant was alright. Location is good for transportation and attractions. I would stay again.

Really great facilities. Clean room and thoughtfully presented. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Everything feels fresh. Breakfast was great. The beds were really comfortable. Great location to get to all the major visitor attractions. Charles Bridge, Old Town Square are 15 minutes walk away.

The aesthetic is beautiful. My room was discreetly cleaned every day while I was out. Big windows and a nice view of the neighborhood. Wifi worked fine. Above all, friendly and helpful staff. I would absolutely choose this hotel again.
