Really enjoyed our stay, there were some lovely touches that made our stay special

The staff is amazing. Bar, restaurant and location the best.

The Plaza is not only a beautiful part of New York city history, it’s also a part of my own personal history; every stay, since I was a child, has become part of a treasured memory. I love the look of the hotel, the smell of the hotel, the very “feel” of the hotel; the moment I step in the front door, I feel better about the world. Many of the staff have become like family to us over the years, and returning as we do whenever we can feels like coming home. If one has the wherewithal to spend even a single night in this magnificent place, one simply must. (Can you tell I love The Plaza?)

The Hotel is very Clean and Staff is Great

I've stayed at this property several times over the years and the upgrade to the elevators was necessary. It's much easier to enter your floor and go to the elevator that will get you there, it does need an increased delay so the elevator doors don't close to early. The best experience I've had was with staff. From the concierge staff to the front desk staff, everyone was friendly and helpful beyond my expectations. Great experience even though there was a lot of construction going on towards the meeting rooms.
