This is hands down the absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at! The rooms are spotlessly clean, super modern, and equipped with all the latest amenities. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. To top it all off, it boasts the most breathtaking view in the entire world—truly unforgettable. On top of that, the surrounding area is fantastic for exploring, with so many amazing sights just steps away. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Very dark. Not what we expected according to photos. The whole hotel is gloomy, dark and very musty. In the lifts and hallways there are no windows, no air conditioning and no fans. Everything is very dark even the lighting is very poor. The whole place is very dated and needs major upgrade. I will not recommend this to anyone. The bathroom was very disappointing, after looking forward to our holiday so much this was a let down.

Spacious Room with a Nice Ocean View, but More Like an Airbnb Experience We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very spacious and had a partial view of the ocean, which was a nice bonus. I also really appreciated the water filter and the very large fridge, which made the room especially convenient for a longer stay. Check-in was smooth, but there are a few things to be aware of. The front desk is not open past 10 PM, so if you’re arriving later, you need to reach out to the hotel in advance. They provided us with a code for a self check-in, which worked well. Check-out is also done on your own. The hotel operates more like an Airbnb in some ways, including having rules about separating your trash before leaving. Cleaning is not provided daily but they do leave fresh towels hung on your door daily. One thing I would definitely recommend planning for: there is no iron or ironing board in the room or provided. If you’re staying here, bring clothes that don’t need ironing—or be prepared to get creative! Overall, the spacious room, partial ocean view, water filter, and huge fridge were great features. Just be aware that the experience is more self-service and Airbnb-like than a traditional full-service hotel.

The hotel (and the parking) would have been a little difficult to find, but the hosts were very responsive and made sure they came out to help us. They were very friendly and helpful and made all the difference in getting parking and getting into the unit, which requires a code to access. They even had early check in available and gave us a welcome cake! Keyless entry, which is great. The pool takes 2-3 hours to fill, so make sure to contact the host and get instructions on how to prep the pool so they can start to fill it for you while you're away. Having only one bathroom is the only downside of this unit that comfortably fit my family of 5, but the location can't be beat and we would definitely come back.

Great facility. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and there's a convenience store right inside. Location is out of the way from the rest of Busan, but otherwise it's awesome.

Great location. We upgraded and had a larger room and it was enormous. Shower was nice. Bed and linens were comfortable. Lots of glass on several of the walls of the bathroom and no bathroom door which was a bit awkward for getting out of the shower and a bit too much outside light came in. Loved the robes. Very walkable to the entire area. We’re on the eighth floor and could hear some street noise. Would stay again and recommend!

A well kept facility. Perfect for family and single folks. Room service is excellent. No issues and the stay was comfortable. I would come back here again. Location is not bad at all and central to all attractions.
