모든것이 좋았지만 부엌을 쓸때 인버터 사용방법에대한 안내서를 룸에 비치해 주셨으면 참 좋았을것 같아요. 세사람이 노력해 보았지만 불을 켤수가 없어 결국 포기했습니다. 작은 배려가 필요한부분이었습니다.

The space was amazing and the views were spectacular. But that was not the only reason we got that room. I got it because of the amenities that it had. Which were the rooftop infinity pool, gym and spa. However that area is closed permanently so you have no access to those amenities. Had I known that, I would have selected a different hotel. And prior to check in they said that those amenities came at an additional cost. It wasn’t part of the price.

Very accommodating. Held luggage until check in every time.

Amazing

The hotel (and the parking) would have been a little difficult to find, but the hosts were very responsive and made sure they came out to help us. They were very friendly and helpful and made all the difference in getting parking and getting into the unit, which requires a code to access. They even had early check in available and gave us a welcome cake! Keyless entry, which is great. The pool takes 2-3 hours to fill, so make sure to contact the host and get instructions on how to prep the pool so they can start to fill it for you while you're away. Having only one bathroom is the only downside of this unit that comfortably fit my family of 5, but the location can't be beat and we would definitely come back.

Enjoyed my stay

They charge for extra pillows and/or blankets for each night! Not each stay, but each night! That’s ridiculous, it’s not renting a bed, it’s for each extra pillow and/or blanket! Only one pillow per person given and we wanted to exchange the queen blanket for 2 single ones, they still had to charge for an extra blanket per night! $4000 won per night, NOT per stay. Plus all of a sudden, both front desk ladies don’t speak English at all, we needed to use Google translate as they text their supervisor but when other foreigners came to the desk, they can speak English again…wow! Bad customer service. Look into other hotels if you can, this one is not close to the subway and very noisy, dark, not clean. No airport bus or transfer available. Only uber or subway (too far to drag luggage).

Great location to food. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Hotel provided free water. Laundry drying machine was a ventless model so drying clothes took 3 hours per load. However there is a laundry mat 2 minutes away.
