"Room was clean and spacious. Convenient laundry facilities. Great location close to shopping and food and transportation. Had a weird experience where the cleaning staff took our public transportation card from inside our room, and brought it to lost and found. Our bath robes were also removed but not replaced"

"The place is located right in the middle of a very animated district area full of vibrant lights, pubs, shopping streets and night life! The lobby is located on the 6th floor and the entrance is not quite big, so make sure get a picture of the frontage so it will easily be identified! Staff is very friendly and helpful 😊"

"Was in a great location. But that's about all it had going for it. The place is dark and dingey. Reception guy is nice. Our room was small and was really unventilated bedding felt wet. Bathroom had hair on the wall and in the bath when we arrived. No shower Curtin and the seal around the bath needed replacing hard to shower too because it's in the bath and the shower head is small. The bed was rock hard and the walls are paper thin I didn't sleep because all I heard all night was thumping and furniture moving from the people up stairs."

"Beautiful view and smack middle of a lot of stores and transit is less than a 3-5 minute walk. I loved how clean it was and the view was amazing. I gave it 4 stars for amenities because you can’t use the in room washer but you can ask the front desk instead and they’d guide you. I personally would have paid more if I could use the washer :)"

"Hotel was clean. Staff doesn’t speak English well, difficult to communicate. Breakfast is not great. Every day was the same and they even served you the left over meal, soup and juices are old. I stayed for 4 days and first day is ok then comes weekend Sat/Sun are left over. Monday is closed and Tuesday was my last day, still the same breakfast left over again. Disgusting not worth to pay breakfast Buffett. Also, elevator posted breakfast Buffett price for 7K KRW but hotel charged me 9K-12K. Not happy because breakfast buffett was a rip off. Will not book with this hotel again. Also, I was charged different amount, not my reservation amount should be 267.00 USD, they charged 271.00 USD. Hotel said, they gave me an upgraded but I didn’t want the upgrade. Anyway, House keeping was friendly. That’s about it."
