Good for one night for layover at Frankfurt airport! Accessible by train directly from airport or quick Uber. 24h check-in was helpful for overnight layover, with a kebab/pizza restaurant 5 minute walk away as well. Snacks and drinks sold at reception was convenient. Good price for value

The toilet was dirty which freaked out my wife… I pulled up to the front of the hotel to check in and drop off my family and a cab driver start cussing and hitting the windows of the car with my family in it! Not the best area. Warning no AC, this is my fault for not checking but still no AC!

A nice hotel with a good room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Coffee machine in my room. The room was too hot though. The air conditioning unit did nothing to cool the room and part of it rattled. Everything else was good. The staff were helpful. I did not have breakfast so cannot rate that.

Great location and nice hotel. Right across from Hauptbahnhof so if my daughter were traveling and staying alone in that area I would be more cautious. Having said that it is still basically safe you just have to be aware of where you are and who is around you, but anybody should be aware in general.

The staff was quite helpful with me exploring Frankfurt. Everyone was cordial. Breakfast service was delicious and offered a variety of breakfast foods. The staff was also helpful suggesting I take a cab to the main train station Thank you everyone

When I opened the door to my room, I immediately felt warm and cozy. The wood floors nicely swept, my comfy bed, light filtering in the window. The bathroom was amazing with a giant shower, plenty of space to put things, and very clean. The breakfast area was so inviting. The food was terrific and it was the perfect way to begin my day. I LOVED the coffee maker because it had all kinds of choices and was ready so fast. I loved my stay at Hotel Klemm. The only reason I gave it a 4 on maintenance, was because the carpeting in the hallway needs to be replaced. Everything else was just perfection. Helmut was especially helpful and interesting to talk to. Oh, and location location location! This place is the perfect place to stay if you want to walk to shopping and so many landmarks. I felt so safe in Wiesbaden.

No air conditioning

Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it. There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up. I absolutely do not recommend to stay here.
