"Our room on the second floor was extremely hot - it was a particularly hot week but we were never able to cool it down despite having the fan on. Having to climb about 40 stairs with suitcases for several days' stay was a challenge. "So pleased we booked an overnight stay here. Every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful. Small room but it had everything that you would need including a safe, aircon (so welcome with the high temperatures), an iron, hairdryer and tea and coffee. The bathroom was great too. "The staff, in particular, the receptionists including the charming Lithuanian girl, were so helpful and informative. The food was pretty good as well and well presented.
