Overall, a beautiful hotel and stay. A little upset the rooftop restaurant/bar was only open for breakfast though. Staff were super friendly and helpful from beginning to end and location next to Central Park and walking distance to the big City attractions are a big plus!!

I had sent two messages to the hotel to check that I had booked the right room type to see the full view ranging from the Brooklyn Bridge, city skyline and all the way to the Statue of Liberty. It is my fault for not following up for a response because I ended up having to choose between the room they gave me (bridge view only) or partial skyline and statue. I chose the statue view but was disappointed as I paid the amount I did expecting the full view. My mistake, not the hotel’s but if you send a message requiring a response, you may not get one. My advise - FOLLOW UP!!! Also, if you have a camera that is anything other than an iPhone, they will not let you use it on the property (from the outside at least). There is mention of this on their website (if it would occur to you to check for such things) but it merely states that no professional photography is permitted without a contract with the property (it does not however state that a camera cannot be used at all) so I was again disappointed to find that this extends to using a hand held fairly basic camera. Most people use their phones I realize, but this is something to be aware of if you plan to use an actual camera or God forbid any type of zoom lense to capture the amazing view. The elevator keys are temperamental and on one occasion I was trapped in the elevator until someone else entered but the staff I encountered were all really friendly and overall it is a really nice hotel in a great location.

Such a beautiful hotel and perfect location of exploring the city! The Gold Room bar is such a gem. Looking forward to staying here again soon with my family!

The whole place is wonderful. Every employee was very professional and friendly. We liked everything about the trip. We will be staying again.

Price of food and alcohol was outragious. Room was adequate, no coffee maker. Wall paper was falling off, curtains were ripped.

J’ai vraiment aimé cet hôtel….par contre, en arrivant le lobby est très anciens et pour mon goût, donne pas bonne impression….ca l’air vraiment vieux….j’avais un peu peur pour notre chambre mais heureusement nous étions dans la nouvelle section qui est très grande et magnifique! Notre chambre et salle de bain étaient spacieuses et très propres….rooftop de toute beauté…déjeuner très bon et service impeccable!

The breakfast was not as good as we are use to.

Perfect location right next to the Sphere and right off the strip. Rooms are clean. Water pressure is decent in the shower. Beds and pillows are not the most comfortable, but they’re not the worst we’ve experienced. We would definitely stay here again. The casino and things to do throughout the Linq were enough to make us hang out there when we were tired of exploring other places! It was a blast.
